Front Range Chess is a blog mostly about the topics around chess. There is no shortage of annotated games, tournament results, and 3-move checkmate puzzles online. As for chess history? Chess culture? Lessons we can apply to our everyday lives? Not so much.

 

The game is timeless but sometimes the story behind it can be ignored. I write about what I find interesting and hopefully you do too.
